About Sarah

I am a 32 year-old stay-at-home mother of 2 children ages 4 and 5.5. We unschool and live life as the brilliant adventure that it is. Being constantly attentive and tuned in to the children takes its toll on one’s personal sanity. The goal of a marathon has made it imperative that I take time away to prepare and has made a tremendous positive difference in the way I feel about myself and the clarity and peace with which I approach the rest of my life. We live in Ft. Worth, Texas and, though the heat is always a factor in training, it’s positively fabulous here.
